Feeling Hungry for Bite-Sized Treats? Try These Muffin Tin Creations

There are so many great meal ideas on YouTube and Pinterest. Gone are the days that recipes came from cookbooks and dishes had to be labor intensive creations. Now you can whip up dinner using four ingredients and a muffin tin.

Try the following delicious muffin tin dinners for your next family meal. Do note: cooking times vary so the following cooking instructions should be considered loose guidelines, and don't forget to generously grease your muffin pan before stuffing.

1. Spaghetti and meatball bites:

Stuff pan with: boiled al dente spaghetti tossed with parmesan. Top each individual tin with: a spoon full of marinara, one meatball, more marinara, and parmesan/mozzarella. Bake: 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes. 

2. Meatloaf cupcakes:

Stuff pan with favorite meatloaf recipe (ground beef, salt, pepper, etc.) Bake for 25-35 mins. at 375 degrees. Let meat bites slightly cool. Garnish mini meatloafs with mashed potatoes and chives.

3. Omelette Bites:

Stuff pan with egg yolks that have been mixed with salt/pepper, cheddar cheese, diced ham, and finely chopped spinach and chives. Bake for 15-20 mins at 375 degrees. Garnish with more cheese and a dab of sour cream.  

4. Broccoli Cheese Biscuits:

Cover each individual pan with a thin layer of your favorite puff pastry. Add to pastry a mixed medley of cream cheese, butter, chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Bake as directed on puff pasty packaging.

5. Easy Mini Corn Dog Muffins:

Stuff pan with your favorite corn bread recipe and add to center of corn bread batter a bit-sized piece of hot dog wieners. Bake as directed on corn bread packaging.
