Books That Change Your Life

There are timeless books that change people's lives time and time again. Oprah recently did an entire one hour special on Paolo Coehlo the author of The Alchemist. Tell me, you've read it? I wouldn't be surprised if you answered yes. It's been translated into countless languages and thousands credit this book with literally changing their lives. I won't give anything away, but I will assure anyone new to this book that Coehlo beautifully tells a tale of a man on a journey of transformation. This is a story anyone hungry for success must read. Add it to your reading list, immediately.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a must read, too. This book isn't as renowned as the first gem listed but it's another life-changer. Have you ever wanted to cling to a simple life philosophy to experience calm, intentional happiness? Better yet, looking to simply better your everyday habits while interacting with other? If so, this book is for you. Made up of 4 basic principles to live by. This book like the Alchemist  is simple, poetic and without a doubt, tansformative.

Not into reading lenthy books, but looking for a little inspiration? Read this tiny classic from 1912: As A Man Thinketh by James Allen. This book is fictional, and yet, the short principals are powerful enough to impact a lifetime. Pick this one up, today.

Seeking spirituality? Grew up with religious guilt? This may not be you, but for someone who grew up surrounded by die-hard Catholics who piled on the catholic guilt, Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsh was a pretty transformative read. Dive in if you're looking for a new spin on what it means to live spiritually connected.
