My life is most of the time chaotic and it feels like every minute of every day is accounted for. It is easy for me to rush through life as a big ball of stress. This project has forced me to STOP, and look back on my day and find something to be grateful for. I found that each day there were many little things and sometimes really big things to be thankful for.
My lists includes good meals, good friends, good music, good books
and the beauty of nature and lots more.
It is easy to get caught up in your life. To forget that there is always something to be thankful for. Even during the hard darker times.
